In 2014 I worked on a logo revision to rebalance the Naughty Dog logo as part of larger brand development. Each letter was rebalanced and respaced within the main logo as well as another version for small-scale use.
Additionally, I created and maintained files for ease of use and Naughty Dog's first logo style guide as part of the studio's growing brand needs.
Naughty Dog 30th Anniversary
As part of Naughty Dog's 30th Anniversary Celebration, I got to design an anniversary logo as well as provided design and direction on everything from digital assets to product development. I also dug up archives and designed Naughty Dog's anniversary timeline covering all 30 years of Naughty Dog's history.
I'm especially happy with the result of the special edition 'The Art of Naughty Dog' book packaging I designed.
The Last of Us: Left Behind Mall Websites
In the lead up to The Last of Us: Left Behind, the team at Naughty Dog created faketwitteraccounts and tweeted up until the game's outbreak day. As part of expanding the universe, I was charged with creating eight connected mini websites of stores and places you visit in the Single Player expansion's story.
Most of the sites were designed to look dated prior to 2013 to feel authentic to the timeline of the Last of Us. We also hid special wallpaper downloads of 'The Turning' in the Raja's arcade site, accessible by clicking a hidden button and punching in the ultimate combo from the DLC.
Titmouse needed a web revamp and were looking for something a that would showcase their personality and work while being easy to update with more content over time. After finishing their portfolio site, we dove back in and reskinned the Titmouse Stuff online store.
Logo for a friend's hockey team keeping the spirit of the amazing goofy catfish patch on their old jerseys but giving them a fresh sportier look.
Logo for Train Jam, the annual game jam to GDC on a train! Since Train Jam happens every year, they needed a logo that represented the journey of the jam but also could easily change colorways for each year's shirts and buttons.
Logo for Audioshield, a steam VR launch rhythm game where you block beats synced with your own music.
